Hello and thank you for visiting us. My name is Baizhou (pronounced BYE-JOE) Chen and I am the founder of One Stop Advisor. When I moved to this country 20 some years ago, I didn’t know there was such a thing as credit score, let alone an Internal Revenue Code (i.e.IRS regulations) that is as thick as a brick.  I earned my college degrees mainly through scholarships, passed the CPA Exam and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam, both on my first attempt, and has built a successful career. Today I am a licensed CPA and a Registered Investment Advisor. Because I am very pleased with the return of my personal investments and with the thought that I can use the same skills to help others,  I started this firm to serve as a one-stop place to help my clients optimize their financial situation, especially their financial panning, investment management, and tax return.
