Hello and thank you for visiting us. My name is Baizhou (pronounced BYE-JOE) Chen and I am the founder of One Stop Advisor. When I moved to this country 20 some years ago, I didn’t know there was such a thing as credit score, let alone an Internal Revenue Code (i.e.IRS regulations) that is as thick as a brick.  I earned my college degrees mainly through scholarships, passed the CPA Exam, the PA Life, Accident, and Health Exam,  and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam, all on my first attempt, and have built a successful career. Today I am a licensed CPA, Insurance Producer, and a Registered Investment Advisor. Because I am very pleased with the return of my personal investments and with the thought that I can use the same skills to help others,  I started this firm to serve as a one-stop place to help my clients optimize their financial situation, especially their annuities, life and long-term care insurance,  financial panning, investment management, and tax return.
