Hello and thank you for visiting us. My name is Baizhou (pronounced BYE-JOE) Chen and I am the founder of One Stop Advisor. When I moved to this country 20 some years ago, I didn’t know there was such a thing as credit score, let alone an Internal Revenue Code (i.e.IRS regulations) that is as thick as a brick.\u00a0 I earned my college degrees mainly through scholarships, passed the CPA Exam, the PA Life, Accident, and Health Exam,\u00a0 and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam, all on my first attempt, and have built a successful career. Today I am a licensed CPA, Insurance Producer, and a Registered Investment Advisor.
